The Showcase Estate/Lot 6 In Escrow at $16 Million

Overall sales activity has increased in Malibu – we are at mid-year and the overall # of homes sold in Malibu increased by 53% (115 have already sold this year compared to to only 75 sales mid-year 2011). On November 3rd, 2011, escrow closed for the sale of Lot 2 at $3.5 million and a custom designed, Barry Berkus, Contemporary Ranch Home will be built for MariSol’s newest residents (see above rendering).
